TrailerHomeLeads sells exclusive leads to mobile home movers and builds done-for-you websites for mobile home trade contractors. Both halves run on the same thing: knowing what these trades actually get called about.
What we do
Two products. The Lead Shop sells individual mobile home mover leads by state, each one sold a single time, with no registration to browse. Own Your State goes further: one mover per state, and while that state is subscribed its leads are not listed for sale at all.
The second product is the websites. City location pages, service pages written for the trade, and a quote form wired to the contractor’s phone, built and live in two weeks, with the domain registered in the contractor’s own name.
How we work
The guides on this site are built the same way we build a client’s pages: from primary sources. HUD’s Model Manufactured Home Installation Standards sets the requirements we quote, and national cost data sets the ranges. Nothing on a page we build is a number somebody made up to fill a gap.
- We start from the search, not the template. Every page on a build is aimed at something a homeowner actually types, taken from live keyword research rather than a guess about what sounds good.
- We write it, you approve it. Nothing goes public before the contractor has read it. That is the review step, and it is not a formality.
- We say what we do not know. Where a cost or a code requirement is not sourced, the page carries a marker instead of a number. No invented figures, no invented reviews.
- We keep it running. The monthly covers hosting, updates and fixes. A site that goes live and then rots is not a delivered product.
Who is behind it
TrailerHomeLeads is built and run by Dakota, as part of Holy City Mobile Homes LLC, and works with mobile home trade contractors nationwide. The pages and the offer on this site come out of hands on work in the mobile home industry itself, not a guess at what a mover or installer needs from a lead.
This is a small, hands on operation. If you call the number below, you are talking to the person who built your site and answers the phone, not a call center.

- Who reviews the content on this site?
- The TrailerHomeLeads team, working from the same lead data the Lead Shop runs on. Where a page states a cost or a code requirement we cannot source, it carries a bracketed marker instead of a number, because a made up figure is worse than a missing one.
- Do you build sites outside the mobile home trades?
- This product line is built for mobile home movers, installers, leveling and anchoring contractors, skirting installers and roofers. The pages are worth what they are worth because they are specific to those trades.
- Where are you based?
- We are a nationwide operation and not tied to one metro area. Wherever you are calling from, the person who answers the phone is the person who built your site.
- How do I reach a person?
- Call (843) 400-3035. The same number is on every page of this site and it reaches us, not a queue.
- Do you sell leads and websites to the same person?
- Often, and they solve different problems. Leads buy you a job this week. A website builds the flow of jobs that arrives without you buying anything. Plenty of contractors run both, and we will say plainly which one we think fits you.
- What happens to my data?
- Form submissions reach us by email and are used to answer the request you made. We do not sell the contact details you submit through this site. The privacy policy sets out the detail.
